If you have never seen the show it in all it's simple
glory, it is a story telling show, not stand up. If the story is
funny that's a bonus but no one is expected to be anything but
entertaining for 10 -12 min It has to be a story that is rock related! It can be anything from meeting a rockstar, wanting to be a rockstar, or just a story about a song you love. It's anything rock related. Then after the story has been told told the house band THE ELECTRIK SNOWFLAKE will play either the song being talked about, or a song by the band/musician that's been talked about. Sometimes the story teller performs with the band. That will happed a few times this Sketchfest. I once told a story about being in London and seeing Green Day one night and Mary Poppins the next and that Mary Poppins was far more threatening. The band then launched into a musical theatre version of Green Days' Basket-case.
