The New Sheridans from Greg Behrendt on Vimeo.In 1993 I came to LA with a band called The New Sheridans. We were a new wavey pop combo with big dreams, satin jackets and a really cute singer. We recorded a now hard to find pink 7 inch for Hell Yeah Records! The tracks Blaine B/W New Wave Princess and Action Figure Friday were produced by Steve MacDonald of Redd Kross. We played around Hollywood for a couple of years but it was at the height of grunge and people were more interested in Skin Yard,Tad, Coffee, and herion, I guess. The band is Laura Milligan: Vocals, Mike King: Guitar, Barry Johnson: Bass, Kurt Anderson: Drums, and Greg Behrendt Guitar and awkward dancing. Enjoy!
